Asado for a fine lunch at the farm. Costela (small ribs of beef) is grilled.
Wood is used, which is first allowed to burn to charcoal at
one end of the grill, and then moved gradually under the meat.
Flavoured only with coarse salt and cloves of garlic, kept in a bottle
and sprinkled on the meat during grilling.

a vineyard that was recently awarded special distinction. The same
care and effort behind this natural product goes into NATURKÕTT® Pampas.

trees are planted out on the pasture to give the animals protection from rain,
wind, cold and sun. When fully grown, they make good firewood to warm
houses with.
