On the vast pampas plains graze herds of Hereford and Angus cattle, and their cross breeds. Just as wine grower looks for the perfect slope and soil to produce the best wine, we begin our selection by finding the best conditions for a natural pasture.
The temperate climate of the magnificent pampas is suitable for Hereford and Angus breeds, which our meat production is based upon. Both breeds, pure and cross breeds, have the conditions necessary for a finished product of superior quality. Fresh grass, clean water from natural streams, large pastures and a calm life ensures healthy animals.
But that's not good enough for us. The finest wines only contain the best grapes of the harvest, and we make a similarly careful selection from the finest steers. Our strict requirements specified for form class (muscle composition), fat class, age, weight and colour of meat and fat must be fulfilled.
The result is a tasty and juicy meat that we have chosen to call NATURKÕTT® Pampas.
